Shipping and Delivery:
Sole Comfort offers free shipping within New Zealand for all orders over $100. A flat shipping rate of $8.50 will be applied to all orders under $100.
All orders will be processed within 24 hours of the order being received and will be despatched on the next working day.
Please allow 2-5 working days to receive your order.
Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
International Orders:Currently our checkout only supports NZ orders, however if you would like an order sent internationally simply contact us for a shipping quote info@solecomfort.co.nz.
Returns Policy:
We will provide a store credit, exchange or refund within 14 days of your order being placed if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
We ask that you please contact us prior to making a return so we can sort the finer details.
Please ensure items are unworn and you provide proof of purchase.

Once we have checked and accepted your return, your exchange or refund will be processed.
We are unable to accept liability for items that fail to reach us. Please consider using a tracked courier for your return.
